IkukI

Ikuki is an alt rock project initiated by Andy Bennette . Work is progressing on new recordings through 2025 and then the plan will be to put some live shows together.

In the meantime Andy will be joined by a team of alter egos whilst working on new music - growing up is very over rated you know!  So with Andy handling vocals, guitars and keyboards - Pav on drums and assorted noisy stuff and Oz Moog on bass, the studio will be shaking from the creative explosions taking place 25 hours a day.

14th March 2025 saw the release of the debut - "A Thousand Colours" onto the usual streaming platforms.  According to the band, this song is about those oh so annoying people who are always inappropriately cheerful even when things are not going too well.  Yes we all know someone!

Whilst Andy hates pigeon holes, if forced to pick a genre the band fits into it's probably going fall into NWOCR (do you need to ask?) or Atl Rock.  Having said that, the music will be a result of influences from such diverse artists as Faun, Nightwish, Queen, Muse, Waren Zevon and even Leonard Cohen.  Building on a foundation of big drums and layers of guitars the band wants to avoid limiting song writing to tried and tested ideas so expect some experimenting - things could get messy but who wants to play safe!

C-Saim

C-Saim are a post punk band originally based in Bedford and working on re-writing and recording songs written many years ago by original members.  It is likely C-Saim will remain a studio band and side project with no plans currently to do any live performances.  Existing tracks are available to stream.

Recording is on hold at the moment while the boys are off working on other things.

Andy Bennette

Having released a handful of songs recorded a few years ago and released as 'Bennette', Andy is now working with Ikuki and as a part of C-Saim.
